We had some minor issues with some of the Rails stuff. Sorry that it took us a few minutes to track it down and resolve, but we’re back online now. You might still see a few small hiccups.

We’re experiencing some server issues at the moment. We’ll post an update when the site is back up.

The last few posts have mentioned the new design and group features a lot. What’s been great to see is that several Yumondo members have already started their own groups. Be sure to invite people to your group and start a group blog! I started one!

…for some BIG NEWS! Our new design will go live in the course of tomorrow.

Following your feedback we removed lots of redundancies and chose a light-weight design that is much easier to use. Additionally, we take the chance to introduce Groups to Yumondo! From now on you can create groups for better networking. Each group comes with a fully equipped blog making it easy to discuss and exchange opinions, ideas and tipps. We also fully revamped the process of creating events as we received much feedback that it was not very much to the point.

We are curious how you like it, so do not hesitate to leave a comment or send your feedback. Have fun!

Sometime this past weekend, Yumondo got community member 2500. As of the time of this posting, there are around 2600 members. (Cross-posted on the Metaversum blog)
